The Aluminium Federation represents businesses who process, trade and work with aluminium – we foster innovation, promote best practice, develop skills and champion member interests. From training and networking to research, advocacy, lobbying and outreach, we help our members solve problems, capitalise on opportunities and boost their competitiveness.
Mates in Mind is a registered charity that aims to raise awareness, address the stigma of poor mental health and improve positive mental wellbeing in the UK construction industry. Mates in Mind has an ambitious goal – to reach 100,000 workers in its first year and by 2025 to have reached 75% of the construction industry.
It is led by and for the industry in partnership with the Health in Construction Leadership Group and British Safety Council, as well as with other leading organisations and charities such as Mind, Samaritans and Mental Health First Aid England.
Mates in Mind helps to make sense of available options and support to employers.
The NIA represents the insulation industry in the UK and our members include manufacturers, system designers and installers of insulation solutions for your home or business. Both the NIA and its members are fully committed to maintaining and raising standards within the insulation industry.
The MCRMA represents and promotes the interests of systems manufacturers, component manufacturers, independent roofing and cladding inspectors and industry support services companies who provide products, systems and services within the non-domestic metal roof and wall market sector.
MCRMA works closely with a variety of industry bodies and Standards committees to develop building envelope solutions and to disseminate best practice, ensuring that its members operate to the highest standards at all times.
The Metal Gutter Manufacturers Association is the only organisation which represents the leading UK manufacturers of metal rainwater systems and is, therefore, a valuable source of information and advice on all matters relating to metal rainwater systems.
The MGMA fosters and takes part in research and all forms of technical development in relation to metal gutters to encourage the best methods of their production and use within the construction and allied industries.
The Single Ply Roofing Association (SPRA) is the trade association representing the UK’s single ply roofing industry. Our membership covers the whole supply chain from manufacturers, distributors, specialist contractors and individuals. All our members are independently audited annually against rigorous quality criteria from manufacture to project completion. SPRA’s key objectives: Promoting single ply roofing systems as roofing of first choice. Ensuring standards of products and application are optimal. Help and guidance to all users and specifiers of single ply roofing systems. Co-operating and collaborating with all stakeholders to the benefit of the UK roofing industry. Training including apprenticeships, SAP, SUP & BCP.
