The Grenfell Fire disaster and subsequent Dame Judith Hackitt Review exposed a number of failings that lead to this catastrophe and dreadful loss of life. The construction industry needs to take a long hard look at itself and take positive action to change construction culture to one which always requires-and ensures-the best; not just from the quality and performance of products and the appropriateness of specifications, but also of course to the quality of the installation and the appropriate level of post-construction care and maintenance.
